A graduate from the Faculty of Transport and Logistics at the Warsaw University of Technology. He is an expert on supply chain, logistics, planning and optimization of processes, and restructuring companies. His professional achievements include rich experience in managing enterprises operating on international markets. For over 20 years, he has been professionally involved in the sector of logistics and FMCG. During his career, he held the highest operational and managerial positions in international corporations, such as Danone, Tchibo, Gillette, and Procter & Gamble in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States. In the years 2007-2010, he was a Managing Director in DHL Supply Chain; the next two years, he held an office of Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe in Wincanton. Before moving to the CTL Logistics, he also was a Managing Director in Ceva Logistics, responsible for Scandinavian countries. In his private life, he is married and has two children. He spends his free time on water and winter sports; he is also an enthusiast of amateur astronomy.
A graduate of Krakow Academy of Economics in Banking and Finance, he joined the CTL Logistics team in 2010. Earlier, he had held financial management and controlling positions in Grupa Kapitałowa Grudnik, Equus, and other companies. He began work in CTL Logistics as a Controlling Manager, and in 2014, he became the Controlling Director.
Mr Siwy has extensive experience in managerial controlling, liquidity management, and corporate restructuring. He is an expert in optimising processes, managing organisational changes, and implementing innovative process solutions.
A father of two, a lover of non-fiction works and spy novels, he is an avid hiker and likes to drive his vintage motorcycle for leisure.
