On November 19, 2018, the Supervisory Board of CTL Logistics accepted the resignation from the function of Member of the Management Board, Mr Artur Borowicz, while appointing Mr Andrzej Paw\u0142owski to this position.\n

Mr Artur Borowicz for the last year was responsible for the preparation and implementation of the company reorganization project in the railway area. His extensive professional experience has contributed to achieving stability in this core activity area and has given impetus to future development. Mr Artur Borowicz will implement projects outside CTL Logistics.\n

Andrzej Paw\u0142owski has been appointed as a Member of the Management Board and Director of Operations and Rolling Stock Maintenance and has been associated with the CTL Logistics Group for a year and with the railway industry for over 30 years. He will be responsible for the operation of the rolling stock division in the full scope of its activities.\n

Andrzej Paw\u0142owski is a graduate of the Railway Technical Secondary School in Bydgoszcz in the specialty \"Rail traffic and transport\".\n

Andrzej Paw\u0142owski is a graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toru\u0144 and the University of Gda\u0144sk. In addition, he completed postgraduate studies in Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Business and Administration in Gdynia. He was admitted to the degree of Master of Business Administration [MBA]\u00a0 of the Gda\u0144sk Foundation for the Management of Managers together with the University of Gda\u0144sk.\n

Andrzej Paw\u0142owski has been connected with rail since the beginning of his professional career. He started working in the Polish State Railways in 1985 from a signalman. Then he went through all career levels related to rail traffic management - he was the traffic controller, dispatcher and deputy head of the Railway Traffic Management Department in Gda\u0144sk. In the years 2006\u20132009 he was the Deputy Director for Technical and Operating Affairs and in the years 2009\u20132011 the Director of the Railway Traffic Management Center. He supervised the operational works of the railway, creating timetables and managed a team of over 800 employees. In the years 2011-2016 he was a Member of the Management Board and Sales Director as well as Vice President of the Management Board and Operations Director at PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Since November 2017, he has supported the Management Board of the CTL Logistics Group with his experience and competence in the development of the organization, and is also the President of CTL P\u00f3\u0142noc.\n
