Krzysztof Zarychta has been associated with CTL Logistics since 2018. Until now, he was responsible for the Group’s financial area and, together with his team, successfully carried out a corporate bond issuance and refinancing of the Group’s senior debt in 2025, significantly improving CTL’s financial position. In his new role, he will oversee finance, accounting, and controlling.

He is a highly qualified specialist with extensive managerial experience in finance, also gained in large corporate groups. At the same time, he serves as a Member of the Management Board at CTL Północ, further strengthening the coherence of the Group.
