On 30th June the Supervisory Board of CTL Logistics made changes to the Management Board of CTL Logistics. By the decision of the Supervisory Board, the duties of the current Management Board Member for Operations, Andrzej Pawłowski and Przemysław Palonka, the Management Board Member for Trade and Development, will be taken over by: Paweł Stawarz, currently managing CTL Północ, and Krzysztof Pietrzyk, managing CTL Logistics Gmbh.

The overall supervision over the functioning of the Group is invariably exercised by Grzegorz Bogacki, President of the Management Board of CTL Logistics, while Marek Tymkiewicz is still responsible for the financial policy.

The created personal union of the management boards of the railway companies of the CTL Logistics Group is to contribute to increasing the economic efficiency of business activities, optimizing and maximizing the use of the infrastructural and geographical potential. The compatibility of business areas and their interdependence will be the key to achieving cost competitiveness and meeting the requirements of a constantly changing market.

Krzysztof Pietrzyk and Paweł Stawarz have been working in the CTL Logistics Group for over 3 years. During this period, they were responsible for the preparation and implementation of the reconstruction strategy of CTL Logistics Gmbh and CTL Północ, key for the development of the CTL Logistics Group. Shared management of railway companies combined with the consolidation of sales and operational teams will ensure more effective operation of the Group and strengthen its market position, in particular in key cross-border and first / last mile projects.
